Beautiful small private house which is located 50 m from the Adriatic Sea, underneath mountain Biokovo. Located between two small towns Zivogosce and Igrane in the green gardens of olive trees and pines. Protected from the sea by the two major islands is making perfect location for the families with children for relaxed and enjoyable holiday accompanied with the songs of the birds and pure nature.
Each apartment and studio has a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All apartments have a sea view, while studios are combination between sea and mountain view. Majority of apartments have a TV and Internet Wireless connection. Some apartments have A/C, while other apartments are covered by shadow of pine trees that gives a sense of comfort. Public beach is only 1 minute distance walking, while FKK (nudist) beach is 2-3 minutes away from the apartments. Located 10 minutes distance walking from the various Mediterranean restaurants, shops and public bus station. What makes us unique is that our location is isolated from enormous public traffic and any kind of crowd. In the middle of the forest and on walking distance from everything you need, Villa Maslina~Olive is perfect location for your family, private or romantic holidays. |
Villa Maslina~Olive is built on four floors and each floor represent different design and structure of accommodation.
On the first three floors you can enjoy in Apartments that are designed for small or large families/groups that wants to spend vacation time together.
On the 4th floor we have Studio apartments that are perfect fit for "romantic couples" or travelers.
Each Apartment/Studio has his own name that represents the unique position or view.

Parking
New parking is built few years ago and it has 6 parking spaces.
To symbolically connect our parking with Villa Maslina~Olive we left old olive tree in the middle of the parking area. In the hot summer days it serves a purpose of making shadow and protecting cars from sun.
There is also second small parking lot on the other side of house that fits 2 cars.

Beach

Only 20m from apartments there is a beautiful long rocky/sand beach. It is great place for resting underneath the pine tree or having fun with your family.
On the right side you can find isolated beaches in between the rocks that can be your private paradise for that summer day. |

Location
- A1 highway arriving from Zagreb or Rijeka, exit Šestanovac. From the exit Šestanovac Zivogosce is 35 km away toward Makarska /Dubrovnik.
- After passing Makarska driving towards Dubrovnik on road "Jadranska Magistrala"
- Take exit Igrane or Zivogosce
- Villa Maslina~Olive is located in between two small towns Igrane and Zivogosce on a little road.
